Request a Visit From Tender Paws

Our Therapy Animal Teams are volunteers with dogs varying in breed, size, and age. Routine visits include the hospital, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, universities, elementary schools and the Clarksville Montgomery County Public Libray's "Read with Me" program.

To request a visit, please fill out the information below. Make sure to include details about your facility, the people we will be visiting (ages, numbers, special needs,) and proposed times/days of visit(s).
